Our recorded fitness courses are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized fitness instruction.

Jeanna Vance's background in movement education, dance, and massage therapy does not constitute a licensed medical or physical therapy relationship. Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as clinical care or individualized medical guidance.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. Blue Marz Group, LLC does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or fitness gains.

Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult a physician or other qualified health professional — especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, perimenopausal, menopausal, managing hormone therapy or medications that affect cardiovascular response or bone density, have a medical condition or prior injury, or are otherwise unsure whether exercise is appropriate for your current health status.

By using the Services, you represent that you are physically and mentally able to participate safely, and you agree to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

You understand that exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, cardiovascular events, worsening of pre-existing conditions, and other serious injury or death.

Because all Services are delivered remotely via pre-recorded video, you are solely responsible for the safety of your exercise environment, including but not limited to floor surface, available space, furniture, equipment stability, and the absence of a spotter or on-site supervisor.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in or use of the Services, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

The Services are pre-recorded and are not continuously monitored. Blue Marz Group, LLC does not provide real-time supervision, spotting, or individualized correction, and is not responsible for your form, technique, environment, equipment, or decisions while using the Services.

Content is designed for general populations and may not be appropriate for every individual's needs, fitness level, or health status. You are solely responsible for modifying or skipping any movement that feels unsafe, and for adjusting intensity based on your current condition and any symptoms you experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Blue Marz Group, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives — including those operating under the Mama Movement Revival and Women of Grit brands — from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Marz Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular needs.

All videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, worksheets, logos, and other content are owned by Blue Marz Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, screen-record, download, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Blue Marz Group, LLC. This prohibition applies to partial content as well as complete recordings.

We may suspend or revoke access if you violate these Terms, dispute a payment improperly, misuse the content, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Services or other participants.

By providing your email address in connection with any purchase, registration, or opt-in associated with Blue Marz Group, LLC, Mama Movement Revival, or Women of Grit, you consent to receive email communications related to your purchase, account, course access, customer support, program updates, reminders, and future offers and promotions, subject to applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Transactional and service-related emails — including purchase confirmations, access instructions, and account notices — may still be sent as necessary to deliver the Services or fulfill legal obligations.

Consent to email communications is also confirmed at the point of purchase via checkout acknowledgment. These Terms provide the governing language for that consent.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
