The 7-Day Revival — faith-rooted, expertly built mobility training to move without pain again, from a movement professional who's spent 30 years studying how the body actually works.
Do you remember what it felt like to move freely?
Maybe you danced. Maybe you just moved through your days without thinking about it — without the stiffness, the bracing, the quiet negotiation with your own body before you got out of a chair.
Somewhere in midlife, that changed. The body that used to cooperate started to feel like something you fight with. And the advice out there only makes it louder — one expert says lift heavier, another says do less, another says you've simply aged out of feeling good.
You haven't.
Your body hasn't betrayed you. And it isn't yours to fight. Scripture calls it a temple — something to care for and steward, not punish. These 7 days are about coming back to it the way God intended: as something offered up, cared for, and moved with intention and skill.
That's what The 7-Day Revival is for.
This isn't just a movement challenge. Each day begins with the inner work, then moves into the body.
Each day opens with a short, scripture-rooted reflection and a simple prayer. Over the week you'll release old beliefs you've outgrown, learn to see your body as a temple rather than a problem, reframe the years you've poured out as a costly gift rather than waste, become aware of the words you speak over yourself, and take hold of hope and your next faithful step.
This is the renewing of the mind — the inner work the body then follows.
Short, focused sessions, most under 15 minutes — but don't mistake short for soft. This is real mobility training: precise, technique-driven, and progressive, drawn from 30 years of professional movement work. Targeted fascia release, joint mobility, and the dancer's attention to how you move, not just that you move.
Accessible enough to start today. Serious enough to actually change how your body feels.
Something realistic to carry into your day. No overwhelm, no information overload.
Just movement, prayer, and clarity.
I was raised in a ballet conservatory and spent my career as a classical and concert dancer. But I wanted to understand the body, not just train it — so I became a massage therapist out of a love for kinesiology and physiology, and kept studying: Pilates, yoga, functional movement, resistance training, mobility work. Thirty years of trying to understand how the body actually moves, where it gets stuck, and how it stays strong over a lifetime.
I'm still performing well into a season when most dancers have stepped away. Not because I'm exceptional, but because the way we move, eat, and care for ourselves over the years genuinely changes what's possible. That's the whole reason I teach this.
For me, movement has always been the most natural language I share with God — how I pray, how I stay close to Him. So when my own body changed through motherhood and perimenopause, it wasn't just frustrating. It was like losing access to my own voice. Coming back wasn't punishment, and it wasn't vanity. It was offering this body up, as it is.
That's the work I do with women now — and make no mistake, it's trained, intentional, technically excellent work. Faith-rooted and rigorous aren't separate things — they never have been for me.
This challenge is a small but real beginning of it.
